CEECEC Project Publishes Report on Environmental Conflicts and Issues in South-Eastern Europe

The CEECEC project is pleased to announce that its report entitled: “A Study of Environmental Conflicts and Issues in South-Eastern Europe: Possible Collaboration between CSOs and Ecological Economists” is now accessible on the project website.

This report is unique in that it presents an up-to-date environmental snapshot of South Eastern Europe (SEE) based on a synthesis of the latest international and national research within a framework of issues built on the concerns and activities of local CSOs. Specific CSO case studies presented within the report then form the basis of a detailed discussion of how the concepts, tools and methods of ecological economics can be applied to CSO work on environmental conflicts in SEE.
